Illinois State Police DUI Enforcement Arrests

Macomb, IL – Illinois State Police (ISP) District 14 Commander Robert L. Elliott today announced recent Driving Under the Influence (DUI) enforcement activity. ISP District 14 Troopers arrested and charged the following individuals with DUI offenses occurring in these counties:

Henderson County:

• Calvin W. Steemer, 39, Burlington, IA.

• Susan E. Swore, 36, Burlington, IA.

• Shane R. Heikes, 31, Smithshire, IL.

• Tyler R. Travis, 23, Columbus Jct., IA.

• Angel D. Mullin, 22, Mediapolis, IA.

• Darin D. Worley, 43, Lomax, IL.

Fulton County:

• Carole S. Ward, 47, Avon, IL.

• Kenneth R. Lewis, 20, Canton, IL.

McDonough County:

• Yudelka Gonzalez-Pena, 24, Beardstown, IL.

The above mentioned individuals have been charged with a crime; however, those charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

One fatality is one too many. ISP District 14 is Driving Zero Fatalities to a Reality by actively seeking out and arresting impaired drivers.
