(Lisle, IL) -- Engine manufacturer Navistar International Corporation will keep its headquarters in Illinois, and the company says it's planning to expand. Governor Pat Quinn joined company officials in announcing the decision they say will create three-thousand permanent jobs and about four-hundred construction jobs over the next several years. The company will move its headquarters from Warrenville to Lisle. Navistar's CEO says the decision to stay in Illinois was based partly on a recently passed business tax credit.
